Transferring data above app version 2.0.0


If you are using the app with a version greater 2.0.0, you have the possibility to set up an account. If you've signed in using Apple, Google or Facebook, you can also sign in to The Big Day on your new phone - your data is securely linked to your account.


If you use the app without an account (anonymously), we recommend that you create an account. This way you can ensure that your data is secured when you change your mobile phone.


Transferring data below app version 2.0.0


When you are using an app version below 2.0.0, all lists (guest lists, checklists, budgets and timetables) are saved on your phone (not on an online server). And that's why it's unfortunately impossible to transfer all lists to a new phone.


If you wish to transfer your data, please upgrade your app to min version 2.0.0. Please follow the steps described here on how to migrate data to the cloud.

When you are logged in with the same App Store / Google Play account on your new phone, you can restore your in-app-purchase as described here.
